A Farewell To Nothing

AFTN started the 23rd of Feb. on the drummer's,Steven, birthday. The members had been itching to start something with each other. With their reputations proceeding them, speculations rising, and alot of people to shut up, A FAREWELL TO NOTHING was born. The band became Isaac Soto:Vocals, Fabian Soto: guitar, Xavier Soto: guitar and Steven Ramirez:Drums. The band was not complete. 3 months later they asked Anthony Costilla if he would like to join. He said "of course". In 5 months AFTN wrote, arranged, and formulated 6 songs at ease. AFTN took things a little slower for the rest of the 3 months, also creating 3 new songs. It still has not been 1 year since the band started and they have already created a name for themselves amongst the bands they have had the pleasure of playing with. You know who you are. The band is going to the top even if that means they have to work for it. They are building up an amazing fan base. Those who hear them once, want more. And those who get more, are fortunate. The band is not in any way arrogant or disrespectful. They're just insanely confident. Respect is given to all the musicians they play with. All they ask is the same in return. Because in the end, what else you got. With constant performances at The RedRum Club, winning battles, and practically having every practice seem like a concert, AFTN is destined to be one the great ones. These musicians can not imagine doing anything else for the rest of their lives. This is gonna happen. One way or another this band will have their shot.
